Tristis Poplar Seedlings (Bundle of 10)

The Tristis Poplar (Populus x tristis) is often used around water features, as privacy screens, in windbreaks, large gardens and parks.  It is a low-maintenance tree and adapts to different soils and moisture conditions.  Although it is not as significant as other trees for wildlife, it does provide some shelter for birds and insects.  The catkins serve as a food source for pollinators in the spring.

Growing Conditions:

• Adaptable to various soil types but prefers well-drained, moisty soils
• Thrives in full sun
• Fast growing
• Medium to large tree – 9-15 m (30-50 ft)

Information about Ordering –

Trees are sold and packaged in bundles of 10. Ex: ordering "2" is equal to ordering 20 trees. Multiple species cannot be combined into a bundle.
