Acute Willow (or Acute-leaved Willow) (Salix acutifolia) is a fast-growing, adaptable species of willow commonly found in wetland habitats.  It is well-suited to moist, riparian environments and is valued for its ability to stabilize soils and provide shelter for wildlife.

Growing Conditions:

  • Adaptable to various soil types, but prefers moist, well-drained soils
  • Often found in riparian areas or near water source
  • Thrives in full sun, but can tolerate partial shade
  • Fast-growing
  • Small to medium sized – 5-10 m (16-33 ft)

 

Information about Ordering –

Trees are sold and packaged in bundles of 10. Ex: ordering "2" is equal to ordering 20 trees. Multiple species cannot be combined into a bundle.
